Architectural Digest has officially named a Boston street one of the most beautiful in the world. You can check out their list of the 53 most beautiful HERE. It’s Acorn Street in Boston’s Beacon Hill that has caught the eye of this publication, and certainly visitors and residents.
Acorn Street came in 33rd on the list, with some stiff competition from places like Paris, and and Bonn, Germany. Here’s what AD had to say about this Boston sweet spot:
“Famous for its steep, narrow streets lined with classically American Federal–style (and a few Victorian) row houses, Beacon Hill was built in 1795, and it shows. Acorn Street is one of the most photographed in the whole city—perhaps because it’s a stylish rendition of Colonial Boston. Plus, it’s only a few minutes away from the lush Boston Public Garden.”
