Luke Combs Dominates People’s Choice Nominations

Luke Combs has been nominated for four People’s Choice Awards for 2022, and three of his nominations are in all-genre categories, including “The Male Artist of 2022,” “The Album of 2022,” and “The Concert Tour of 2022.” Luke is also up for “The Country Artist of 2022 Award.”

The award show will air on NBC and E! on Tuesday, December 6, at 9:00 pm ET/PT.

Luke has yet to share the news on his socials, but a couple of country stars did share the news on their Insta stories, including Thomas Rhett, who wrote, “This is awesome! Thank you, @peopleschoice.” Kelsea Ballerini also wrote on her Insta stories, “Well, this is nice and cute and fun and fresh and fan-voted.”

Carrie Underwood’s team posted to her Instagram, “Carrie is nominated for @peopleschoice Country Artist of 2022! Vote up to 25x per day online at votepca.com and by tweeting/retweeting, “I vote #CarrieUnderwood for #TheCountryArtist at #PCAs” -TeamCU.”

Kenan Thompson will host the People’s Choice Awards for the second year in a row. He said via a press release, “I’m beyond excited to host the People’s Choice Awards again this year and celebrate the incredible talent and fans that this show unites. I’m so grateful to be nominated — shoutout to the fans and congrats to all the nominees. Get ready for round two!”
