How I Fit Into My Pre-Pregnancy Jeans

And How You Can Fit Into Your Goal Jeans Again Without Buying New Ones

Do you have jeans that are just too small and don’t fit? There’s a tiktok trend that CLAIMS you'll be able to fit into those snug jeans. I tried it. And if you scroll down I will SHOW you how I did it.

Let's be real. We can have a real talk, right? We (mostly women) are WAY to hard on ourselves when it comes to our bodies. Society tells us to feel beautiful with all of these new body-positive campaigns. But we have been programmed over the years to think that "skinnier is better!" So we start putting ourselves through guilt trips, and diets, and quick fixes. We develop unhealthy relationships with food and then feel bad about ourselves when we don't look the way we want to.

I say all of this mostly as a pep-talk to myself, and to you too! In August I gave birth to a BIG baby boy. He was a week past his due date and in the last month of my pregnancy I could barely move, resulting in low movement and heavier eating.

What they say is true. It takes 9 months to bake a baby, and 9 months to get your body back into some sort of normalcy. But like many of you out there I have jeans in my drawer that are collecting dust just waiting for my belly to fit back in again. I call them my "goal jeans."

Will I ever fit back into those goal jeans? Actually MAYBE, thanks to something I saw on TikTok.

Before I had a baby I was a size 6. Now, three months post-partum, I am a size 10 (and in some jeans a size 12!) I know getting back to a healthy weight will take time.

But what if I told you that I actually fit into a size 6 jeans again and it all had to do with a challenge I saw on TikTok? Did it work? SEE BELOW!
