Tis’ the season!
For those of us who want to tap the breaks on Christmas this year, let me present what we might think is the either the best or worst rendition of Jingle Bells ever performed. This morning I made a “Bobservation” saying that is seems this year we are pushing Thanksgiving out of the way and moving on to Christmas too soon. After all, Thanksgiving is still 10 days away and deserves to be the center of attention at least until Black Friday.
Too much Xmas Too soon?
LBF disagrees with me and thinks it’s not too early to break out the holly. In an effort to slow her roll, I made her listen to this little gem we found on Youtube that features an elementary school band during a holiday “concert”.
Jingle all the way to fame or infamy?
The video is from 2010 and its whereabouts is unknown to us, but wherever these kids are from or are now 12 years later, they will live on forever.
If you know someone who’s overly eager to break out the Christmas decorations and are already playing non stop Yuletide tunes, be sure to play this for them (maybe on repeat) and they will slow down and give Tom Turkey his due!
