The odds to win were 1 in 302.6 million but someone in MAINE defied the odds.
“Congratulations to the Maine State Lottery, which has just won its first-ever Mega Millions jackpot," Pat McDonald, Ohio lottery director and lead director of the Mega Millions Consortium, said in a statement.
Maine gets it's first ever jackpot winner and it's a big one, the second biggest in history to be exact. Time to call your friends and family in Maine! And if they won, let them pick up the check for breakfast next time.
