You read that right. Vince Gill will do a FREE show at Boston's TD Garden. But it's probably what you think. Not a traditional Vince Gill show. And he's not alone. According to Gill's website, Vince will be joining the owner and CEO of the Indianapolis Colts, Jim Irsay. Irsay has an all-star band lined for to perform on July 15. It's all in celebration of the Jim Irsay Collection, which is a travling museum of some " iconic artifacts from rock music, American history and pop culture."

This will be the only New England show. It's free and open to the public, but you have to register in advance HERE.

Twenty-two time Grammy Award winner, Vince Gill, was announced as a special guest for the star-studded event. And according to the Jim Irsay Collection website, there will be other special guest performers announced soon for Boston. The Jim Irsay Band features the CEO on vocals, with"Kenny Aronoff on drums (Sir Paul McCartney, John Mellencamp, The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan), Billy Branch on harmonica (Willie Dixon, Johnny Winter, Keb’ Mo, Taj Mahal), Tom Bukovac on guitar (played on more than 700 albums with major artists), Mike Mills on bass & vocals (founding member of R.E.M.), Danny Nucci on guitar & saxophone (actor, Titanic, The Rock), Michael Ramos on keyboards (Mellencamp, Patti Griffin, Paul Simon), Carmella Ramsey on violin, mandolin & vocals (Reba McEntire, Olivia Newton-John), Kenny Wayne Shepherd on guitar & vocals (five-time Grammy® nominee), and Mike Wanchic, guitar (Mellencamp)."

Vince recently debuted long overdue new music. Check it out here:

Hey guys, it’s Jackson Blue at CRS (Country Radio Seminar) in Nashville. We just saw a truly special showcase at the legendary Ryman Auditorium where Brothers Osborne, Sam Hunt, Brad Paisley, Darius Rucker, and Vince Gill all played brand new music. It was so special that I had to get this up immediately so I’m going to let the music clips speak for themselves.

Brothers Osborne's New Song

Brothers Osborne previewed some new music for us at CRS 2023 in Nashville including this beautiful song, which I’m going to guess is called “Rollercoaster.” The strings and keys sounded beautiful. I teared up. It got the first standing ovation of the day.

Sam Hunt - Locked Up

Sam Hunt premiered a new song at the Ryman Auditorium today at CRS 2023. It’s a very personal song called “Locked Up.”

Brad Paisley's New Song

Brad Paisley played brand new music at the Ryman in Nashville today at CRS 2023. He told us there will be songs on his next album that will never end up on the radio (there will be some of those too) but he’s hoping they’ll get conversations going. Like this brand new song about the opioid epidemic in West Virginia and the country.

Darius Rucker's Next Single

Forgive me. I can’t remember the name of this song but it’s Darius Rucker’s next single. He played it today at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. It’s a great, feel-good, easy groove. Darius sounds great!

Vince Gill - Hero

Vince Gill played a really emotional new song he wrote with Tenille Townes called “Hero” and dedicated it to the new crop of country stars he shared the stage with at the Ryman in Nashville in 3/14/23 for CRS. He may be under the weather but he sounds great as always.
