Biggest Ice Cream Fest In The US Is Back: Jimmy Fund’s Scooper Bowl Is This Weekend
Ahh, sweet summertime. We made it. Warmer temps have us hitting the beach, enjoying the great outdoors and lining up at ice cream shops. You may want to eat a little lighter this week to make room. The Biggest ice cream fest in the U.S. is back! The Jimmy Fund’s Scooper Bowl is this weekend. This year it returns to Patriot Place in Foxboro.
The hugely popular event started 40 years ago at Boston Common. It moved to Boston’s City Hall Plaza and now takes place at Patriot Place in Foxboro. Over the years, Scooper Bowl has raised more than 7 million dollars for the Jimmy Fund, which supports cancer care and research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston.
The biggest Ice cream fest in the U.S. is back. The Jimmy Fund’s Scooper Bowl is this weekend, June 2 and 3. Don’t miss out on the nation’s largest all-you-can-eat ice cream festival. There will be live entertainment and games. Plus, those who are over 21 and appreciate a sweet happy hour can partake in Scoop at Night at Patriot Place Friday, June 2, from 5:00- 8:00 p.m. Enjoy unlimited ice cream, two drink tickets, live entertainment, and games. You must have your ID to get in.
