Blake Shelton Shows Off His Latest Oklahoma Crop
While Blake Shelton’s wife, Gwen Stefani, continues her tour of Europe, Blake is at home in Oklahoma farming his land. Shelton posted his latest corn crop growth and showed off a bucket of fresh corn.
In his latest Instagram post, Blake holds the corn and writes, “Just [in] time for the 4th of July!!!! God, I love this country.”
Many fans reacted to his patriotic post, including one who asked, “Can I come to your house for the 4th?” Another fan commented, “Just a country farmer at heart. I love that you stay ‘Blake Shelton.'” One more fan wrote, “Your own corn! Nothing like it! Let’s see your maters (potatoes)!”

According to Homes and Gardens, corn is a great crop for the country superstar to grow. It is a quick-growing and productive crop. Plant kernels from April through June and you can expect to harvest cobs eight weeks later, from July through October.

Shelton recently posted a cover image of his wife Gwen Stefani's new song on Instagram and wrote, “My wife put out a new song today. You know… THE GWEN STEFANI!!!!!!! Go listen, people!!!! It’s a hit!!!!! I’m so proud of you, @gwenstefani!!!.”

Hours later, Blake posted a video clip of himself in his farm garb singing alternate words about a tree to the melody of Gwen’s new song. He captioned the clip on Instagram, “Playing the S— out of @gwenstefani’s new song “True Babe”!!! Even writing new lyrics!!” #truebabe #gwenstefani
