Popular Patriots Star And Hall Of Famer Has found A New Career Gambling
Defense wins games. That’s what we’ve always heard and apparently it’s true. Former New England Patriots defensive end, Richard Seymour knew how to win games. It lead him to the NFL Pro Football Hall of Fame last year. And now the popular Patriots star and Hall of Famer has found a new career gambling.
Apparently winning 3 Super Bowls wasn’t enough for Seymour. He may have hung up his cleats, but he’s laying it all out on the table. According to MassLive, #93 for the Pats is tackling the world of poker, and winning! Recently, he finished 284th overall in the 2023 World Series of Poker. The Main Event held a field over of 10,000 players. Different field, different game, but still a winner, as Seymour’s standing put him in the top 3 percent of the field.
Richard Seymour is once again finding joy in victories, with his second career.
"That's a big pot, for a big man." @BigSey93 takes down a big pot, eliminating Andrew Wu and Brad Anderson in the same hand.

The annual Texas Hold ‘Em Tournament Main Event attracts players from all over the globe. Anyone can play. But you have to put up $10,000 for the buy-in. How much did the popular Pats player win? As MassLive reported, it was a purse of $50,900! A drop in the bucket in the world of pro football, but a heck of a win in the bigs at poker. Congrats to popular Patriots star and Hall Of Famer who has found a new career gambling.
