WATCH: Graceful Cape Cod Whales Dance In Sync For A New England Family
Is this real life, or or these animatronic whales? That’s what must have been going through the minds of one New Hampshire family while on a fishing trip on Cape Cod. As reported by 7 News, TV, Robert Addie of New Hampshire caught the moment. He was Cape Cod, off the coast of Orleans on a fishing trip with his 3 daughters for his birthday. He told the news team, “I was stunned,” I’ve worked tuna and swordfish as a young man out of Gloucester, worked fishing in Alaska as a young man, literally have seen thousands of whales, never seen a triple synchronized breach ever.”

Addie pointed out how symbolic this rare occurrence was. And I’m not just referring to the Cape Cod whales in sync. It had been 10 years since he spent time with all 3 daughters. One rare occurrence deserves another. It is amazing to watch. Addie added that he believed that 2 adult whales were teaching the younger one how to hunt for fish. It certainly makes for a great story, and what memories for one Portsmouth, New Hampshire family. And frankly, couldn’t we all use some grace, good news and miracles in our lives. Thanks for sharing Addie family!
This waters of Cape Cod experience was certainly better than what we a used to seeing off the shores…sharks! And considering it’s shark week, I thought you’d appreciate this:
