Boston Open Streets Is Back With Vibrant, Pedestrian-Friendly Roads
Boston Open Streets is back for a third year and it’s bigger and better. There will be more locations, as well as longer hours to enjoy the car-free streets. The events are a great way to experience streets as public spaces.
What Is Open Streets?
Open Streets is a program where certain streets in Boston are closed to cars, and are open for neighbors and local business to connect. The free family-friendly events encourage people to get out and ride bikes, walk, or even lace up some roller skates.
