Boston’s First Cereal Bar Is Now Open
Throughout the city, you can find establishments dedicated to sweet specialties such as cookies, candy, and even cupcakes. Now a cereal bar in Boston has joined the crew.
Day and Night Boston Cereal Bar is now open for business. They are located at 6 Tremont Street in Brighton in the Oak Square area. News of this fun breakfast treat store started to come out almost a year ago, and the cereal bar’s Instagram page occasionally showed updates on the buildout of their official site.
Menu Example Day And Night Cereal Bar In Boston
Cereal, of course, is the star of the show, but in many cases it’s mixed with other sugary delights on the Day and Night menu. For example, shakes seem to be quite popular where cereal is either mixed in or sprinkled on top for that extra kick.
Photos shared by the establishment show other candy-like items accompany their bowls. Peanut butter cups, graham crackers, and mini churros seem to all be part of the options. The same holds true for those cereal classics such as cheerios, fruity pebbles, and fruit loops.
Chocolate milk branded with the Night and Day’s logo are available in various sizes as well. According to their website, bars can scored for approximately $6, bowls are $8, and shakes are $10.
Although this cereal bar is new and the first of it’s kind in the greater Boston area, it is not a brand new concept. In fact, Night and Day Cereal Bar has other locations in major markets such as Los Angeles, Charlotte, and Washington DC.
As for the new Brighton location, I’ve already planned my first two visits. They are based around the two items I want to try the most. So, I don’t know when or on what days I will be going to try this place out, but I did plan around my first two orders.
On my first visit I will go with the “Rooooby Snacks” in a bowl. I figure you have to start with the bowl in a cereal establishment to test the skills the place really has. This menu item features cinnamon toast crunch, graham crackers, oreo bits, peanut butter drizzle, and chocolate drizzle.
Then on the next occasion I will go with a big shake. Although there are some outrageous options, I have to gravitate towards the “Cookies and Cream.” It’s based with cookie crisp and Hersey’s cookies and cream cereal. Of course, you have to finish it with chocolate donut sprinkle on top.
