Every Mother’s Day, many country stars pay tribute to the mothers in their lives, and over the weekend (5/12), several superstars did just that.
Luke Combs posted a photo of his wife Nicole and the couple’s oldest son Tex and wrote a sweet message: ” Happy Mother’s Day to my best friend, the love of my life, and the best mama to our little boys. We try to celebrate you every day, but a little extra today.”
Many of Luke’s fans reacted to the post. One fan commented, “A beautiful mother in her natural state. So precious!! Happy Mother’s Day!!” Another fan wrote, “Imagine being Luke Combs’s kid…” One more fan said, “@nicolejcombs, you are beautiful, naturally, and this photo captures the realness of motherhood.”
Blake Shelton
Blake Shelton shared a photo of himself with his mother on Instagram and captioned it, “Happy Mother’s Day, Mom!!! I love you!”
Sheton’s fans commented in drives. One fan said, “Aw, so sweet, Another fan wrote, “Happy Mother’s Day to your mom.”
Miranda Lambert
Miranda Lambert didn’t miss the chance to honor her mom, Beverly. She posted a photo of her, her mom, herself, and her manager, Marion. She wrote, “Happy Mother’s Day to these two beautiful ladies. My mama Bev @bev_lambert and the woman that has loved me as her own for 21 years, my manager @marionkraft. Without both of you in my life, I would never be the woman I am today. Love you both so much.”

Combs’s new song from the 2024 Twisters movie will be out next week. Luke announced that “Ain’t No Love In Oklahoma” from Twisters: The Album will be his latest single on country radio.
The new single will be released alongside an official music video on Thursday, 5/16,t at 8 a.m. ET. It marks the first release from the highly anticipated soundtrack to Universal Pictures’ Twisters.
Luke posted the news to his Instagram (5/8). He wrote, “Pumped to let y’all know my next single on country radio will be “Ain’t No Love in Oklahoma” – a song written for and featured in the @twistersmovie.”
He added, “The song and music video will be out May 16 at 8 AM ET.”
Many fans reacted to the post, including one die-hard who wrote, “Yes!! I can’t wait!” Another fan said, “I love how it is like a rock song. Rock album next?” One more fan commented, “Oh no, he didn’t!”
Twisters, starring Daisy Edgar-Jones and Glen Powell, will be released by Universal Pictures in North America and Warner Bros. Pictures internationally on July 19, 2024.
Twisters was filmed around Oklahoma City in May 2023. Filming was suspended in July due to the 2023 SAG-AFTRA strike. Production resumed after the strike ended in November 2023 and wrapped up the following month.

Carrie is a proud member of the Grand Ole Opry, known as country music’s church, and plays the Opry whenever she can. She has won the Entertainer of the Year honor from the ACM and has sold a whopping 70 million albums in her career since her debut in 2005. Carrie has 42 songs on Billboard and over 25 number-one hits.

Loretta started as the first country music “Queen” and the first female to win the coveted Entertainer of the Year Honor from the CMA in 1972. Her remarkable career has spanned six decades and influenced countless country queens, including Dolly and Reba. Loretta, whose life story was chronicled in an Oscar-winning movie Coal Miner’s Daughter in 1980, was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 1988.

Although Loretta came before her, Dolly has sold more than 100 million albums in her long career, which started when she moved to Nashville straight out of high school at age 18. She has influenced countless women who came after her in all genres of music, which is evident by her induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame next month. Dolly was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 1999. She’s won too many awards to name, and her heart is just as big as her wallet as she gives millions of dollars away to those in need, including her million-dollar donation for the COVID vaccine. She also received a Kennedy Center honor in 2006.
