Hi Jonathan,
I'm a huge fan of your show and could really use your advice on a tricky situation with our new neighbors.
We recently moved into a townhouse, and our neighbors seem like a nice young couple. Everything was going great until one evening at dinner, our daughter mentioned hearing the woman next door calling for her "Daddy." We were confused at first, but didn't think much of it.
That changed the next night when I was reading my daughter her bedtime stories. Through the wall in her room, I could hear our neighbors going at it. The language was pretty clean, but the woman is a SCREAMER. It was so loud that it was impossible to ignore, and my daughter is starting to ask questions.
We tried playing the TV loud to give them a hint that the walls aren't as thick as they might think, but the next night, they were back at it again, just as loud.
My husband thinks we should just let it go, but I feel like I need to say something to them. How would you handle this situation delicately without making it awkward?
Thanks so much for your help!
Best, Tiffany
