MBTA Offers $10 Pass for All Travel Over Thanksgiving Weekend
MBTA’s commuter rail service is offering riders $10 Holiday Weekend Passes good for unlimited travel between Thursday, Nov. 28, and Sunday, Dec. 1. The $10 passes are available via the mTicket app, aboard MBTA trains, and at station ticket windows. Standard $10 weekend passes will also be available.
Important Service Changes for Thanksgiving Day and Friday, Nov. 29
On Thanksgiving, Thursday, Nov. 28, MBTA subways, buses, and The RIDE will operate on a Sunday schedule. Ferry service on the Hingham Hull line (Hingham to Boston, Rowes Wharf) is unavailable on Thanksgiving.
Commuter rail will continue operating on a weekend schedule on Friday, Nov. 29, while subways, buses, ferries, and The RIDE resume regular weekend service.
Silver Line service to and from Logan International Airport will run more frequently during the holiday weekend.
