Tom Holland, Zendaya Get Inked During Visit to Boston Tattoo Company
“Spider-Man” performing artists couple Tom Holland and Zendaya are sending the Hollywood stars scene into a tizzy with their recent engagement, confirmed by PEOPLE on Monday, Jan. 6. But the celebrity couple, both 28, had subtly professed their love for one another when they received matching tattoos of each other’s initials on Nov. 27, 2024, at the Boston Tattoo Company on Newbury Street.
PEOPLE reported that Zendaya received a small “t” tattoo underneath her armpit, while Holland received a discreet “z” on top of his ribcage.
A TMZ report on Tuesday, Jan. 7, said the shop served the couple in November 2024 when Zendaya was filming for a movie in Boston. Boston Tattoo Company owner Jason Zube told WHDH-TV he could sense the romance between Holland and Zenyada during their visit to his shop.
“They’re just normal kids,” he said. “They are famous, but they were very down to Earth. They were real. The two of them seemed smitten with one another… It meant a lot to us and a lot to the staff.”
The pair first performed together in the 2017 hit “Spider-Man: Homecoming.” Zendaya recently appeared on the red carpet at the 2025 Golden Globes ceremony, where she was nominated for best performance by a female actor in a motion picture comedy or musical.
