Blake Shelton Reveals A Big “Mistake” He Regrets
Blake Shelton chatted with CMT recently and revealed what he called one of the biggest mistakes of his life.
In a post on CMT’s Instagram, there is a clip of Shelton and he says pointing to the tattoo on his arm of barbed wire and bear foot tracks, “You know they say that tattoos are addictive? I got this tattoo about 20 years ago and decided it was, in the moment, one of the worst mistakes of my life.”
He added, “And I said, ‘I’m never doing that again,’ and I stuck to that.”
CMT captioned the post, “@blakeshelton has tat regrets.”
As a journalist, I was at one of his first interviews on Nashville’s Music Row after he got his “mistake” tattoo, and at the time, around 2005, he was quite excited about the new ink, which he noted represented to him his life as a hunter.
