Anna’s Taqueria Expands to Natick, Here’s When It Will Open
Anna’s Taqueria is expanding into the Boston suburbs. Streetlight Ventures founder and CEO Anthony Ackil confirmed to The MetroWest Daily News that the popular taqueria chain will open in the former B.Good location on Worcester Street (Route 9) in Natick. Ackil reported that the former B.Good space is about three months away from being fully converted into Anna’s Taqueria.
B.Good and Anna’s Taqueria are owned by Andover-based Streetlight Ventures, which manages several other restaurant chains, including Burtons, Margaritas Mexican Restaurant, Otto Pizza, and Red Heat American Tavern.
According to Anna’s website, the business was founded in 1995 in Brookline. Anna’s aims to bring the vibrant flavors of Mexican street food from San Francisco’s Mission District to the Greater Boston area. Its menu includes burritos, tacos, quesadillas, and customizable ingredient bowls.
In addition to Natick, several B.Good locations have or are transitioning to Anna’s Taqueria extensions in recent months, including one on Northeastern University’s campus and one that recently opened in Woburn.
B.Good, which makes various smoothies, salads, burgers, and fries, continues to operate at Logan International Airport and in Boston, Cambridge, Maine, and New Hampshire.
Anna’s Taqueria in Natick will join its growing base of restaurants in Boston, where it has three locations. Anna’s also operates in Brookline, Cambridge, Newton, Somerville, and Woburn.
