Boston-area restaurants are offering a wide array of dining options for Thanksgiving, from traditional turkey dinners to international-inspired menus. The website foodgressing.com shared a few standouts from Boston's dining scene:

  • Alcove will provide an à la carte menu, plus a Thanksgiving selection from noon to 8 p.m., including a traditional Thanksgiving plate and pie.
  • Bambara Kitchen & Bar in Cambridge will have a $70 prix-fixe menu served from 3 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. with a starter choice (butternut squash soup, beet salad, or Caesar salad), turkey breast and confit legs with mashed potatoes, roasted mushroom stuffing, herb gravy, Brussels sprouts, cranberry compote, and a dessert choice of apple or pumpkin pie.
  • Davio's – Boston Back Bay is offering an $85 Thanksgiving dinner with Vermont free-range turkey, challah herb stuffing, cipollini onions with peas, butternut squash, asparagus, Yukon Gold potatoes, gravy, and cranberry sauce. Desserts are $15. Children receive a dinner for $35, and a “tomorrow's turkey” sandwich to-go is $19. Seating will take place from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Eddie Merlot's – Boston will serve a Thanksgiving meal from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The feast includes a three-course turkey dinner for $50 ($25 for children) with a choice of salad or king crab and corn bisque. The hand-carved turkey with be accompanied by sage stuffing, gravy, and cranberry relish, along with two sides (mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, green beans, asparagus, or broccoli) and a dessert choice of carrot cake, triple chocolate cake, or pumpkin cheesecake.
  • Masons Steakhouse in Quincy will serve a limited holiday menu that pairs house steaks with Thanksgiving-inspired plates from noon to 8 p.m. The dining minimum is two guests.
  • The Red Lion Tavern & The Cave at The Red Lion Inn in Cohasset will host Thanksgiving Day dinner seatings at 11:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m., and 5:30 p.m. Guests can enjoy a festive holiday meal in the inn's historic setting, known for its classic New England ambiance. Reservations are required.
  • The Vermilion Club in Boston is offering a three-course prix-fixe meal for $85 with roasted heritage turkey, butternut squash, sides, mini pumpkin pies, and house specialties such as French onion dumplings and glazed short rib. Service runs from noon to 8 p.m.
