There’s a lot going on with Scotty McCreery, lately. All good things. He’s hit some milestones, earned a bucket list accolade and has just released a song he’s most proud of. Take a listen, here, as the season 10 American Idol winner chats with me about his all that’s been happening. Scotty McCreery dishes on his new song, Boston show and the honor of his life.
McCreery recently released, “Cab in a Solo” and told me “It’s one of my favorite songs I’ve ever written, and uh it’s just your classic country music.” He can’t wait to bring it to MGM Music Hall at Fenway on March 1st. Tickets are on sale, HERE. And you can enter to win tickets from Country 1025!
Avery, Scotty’s son just turned 1 year old. Meanwhile, the kid who won American’s heart on national television turned 30 in October. What a year it’s been for the McCreery family. All hands were on deck when he received the honor of his lifetime earlier this month in Nashville. Garth Brooks officially invited Scotty to b e a member of the Grand Ole Opry. He was stunned. His family was in the audience and he is still in shock, soaking up the moments.
