Walmart Yodeling Kid Lands Record Deal; Releases First Country Song
2018 has been an exciting year for Mason Ramsey aka the Walmart Yodeling Kid. Now he has a real song and it’s actually really good!
The 11-year-old came to fame after a video of him yodeling a Hank Williams song inside a Walmart went viral. The internet was fast to give him the nickname “Hank Williams Jr.” and even remixed his vocals into a song.
Now Ramsey has his first real single after signing a record deal with Big Loud Records and Atlantic Records.
“Famous” was co-written by Caanan Smith and Florida Georgia Line’s Tyler Hubbard among others.
In the last month, Ramsey has met Justin Bieber, been on “Ellen” and sang at Coachella.
