COUNTRY 102.5 VERRY MERRY GIVEAWAY

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

These rules apply to WKLB’s Very Merry Giveaway Contest (“Contest”) conducted by Beasley Media Group, LLC d/b/a WKLB (“Station”). In addition, the General Contest Rules posted at www.country1025.com apply to this Contest. If there is a conflict between the General Contest Rules and the Rules for this Contest, the Rules for this Contest shall control.

1. HOW TO ENTER

1. The Contest will begin on Monday, December 2, 2024, and end on Friday, December 13, 2024.

1. To enter, listen to the Station beginning on, Monday, December 2, 2024, and ending on Friday, December 13, 2024, between the hours of 7:00am Eastern Time (“ET”) and 5:00pm ET for the announcement of the unique Code Word (“Keyword”). Each announcement will have a unique Keyword. Up to four (4) Keywords will be announced each day. Once an entrant hears the Keyword, entrant may enter via the following method:

1. Visit country1025.com/code and follow the links and instructions to enter the Contest and complete and submit the online entry form. Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Station's Privacy Policy. Entries submitted may not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Contest administrator.

1. Limit one (1) entry per eligible person per Keyword regardless if entrant has more than one email address. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Entrants are not permitted to use multiple email addresses. The deadline to enter each Keyword is twenty (20) minutes after the airing of the Keyword. Any entries message entries received after the twenty (20) minute window or any entries with the incorrect Keyword will be disqualified.

1. There will be up to a total of forty (40) winners selected in the Contest.

1. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

1. This Contest is open to all Station listeners who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry into the Contest, who are legal US residents and reside in Massachusetts, New Hampshire or Rhode Island, except where prohibited by law. Winners must possess a valid, government-issued ID and show proof of residency to verify eligibility.

1. PRIZES

1. Up to forty (40) Prizes will be awarded in this contest. Each Prize consists of one of the following:

• One (1) voucher for an oil change at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. (Any location) Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $100.00.
• Two (2) lift passes to Smugglers Notch in Jeffersonville, VT. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $140.00.
• One (1) $100 gift card to Patriot Place in Foxborough, MA. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $100.00.
• One (1) $100 gift card to 110 Grill. (Any location) Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $100.00.
• One (1) $100 gift card to Apex Entertainment in Marlborough, MA. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $100.00.
• Two (2) tickets to Chris Janson on March 14, 2025 at House of Blues in Boston, MA. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $107.00.
• Two (2) tickets to Zach Top on May 4, 2025 at MGM Music Hall in Boston, MA. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $150.00.
• Two (2) tickets to Kip Moore on December 14, 2025 at Royale in Boston, MA. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $100.00.

1. The winner will be solely responsible for all taxes and all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of the prize(s). The prize(s) is awarded as is. Tickets are valid only on the date(s) printed on the tickets. Tickets are not refundable or transferable, and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets may not be sold to a third party. If a prize-related event is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, including for weather, or for any reason beyond control of the Station and/or prize provider, their sole responsibility to the winner(s) will be to award the remaining available elements of the prize(s) and no substitution or compensation will be provided for the unawarded element(s) of the prize(s). The Station and/or venue, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to deny entry to or to remove the winner(s) and/or guest(s) if either engages in disruptive behavior, does not follow Station and/or venue policy regarding COVID-19 guidelines, or in a manner with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the prize-related event. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in attending the prize-related event.

1. Prizes or prize certificates must be claimed as notified at the time of winning. Prize or prize certificate must be claimed within thirty (30) days of winning. Failure to claim Prize by the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to claim the Prize or prize certificate within the timeline provided in these Official Rules.

1. SELECTION OF WINNERS

1. 1. Up to forty (40) Prize winners will be selected as follows:

    

   Up to four (4) winners will be selected each weekday beginning on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, and ending on Monday, December 16, 2024, at approximately 10:00am ET in a Station-conducted random drawing from all eligible entries received on the previous weekday. Potential winner will be notified by phone promptly following the random drawing.

   Non-selected entries will not rollover into subsequent weekday’s random drawings, if any.

    

   1. Odds of winning depend on the number of combined eligible online entries received.

    

   1. Entrants must listen to the Station for the Keyword but need not be present to win.

    

   1. Winner must confirm acceptance of prize within five (5) days of winning, or risk disqualification and selection of an alternate winner (time permitting) in a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries.

    

   1. Decisions of Station management with respect to the Contest are final.

1. The Station reserves the right to end any contest or amend these rules upon announcement on air and by publication at country1025.com

1. For website contests: By use of the Station’s website and by entering this Contest, entrants agree to the Station’s Terms of Service Agreement and to the use of Personal Information as stated in the Privacy Policy located at country1025.com

1. Copies of the written Contest rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the main studio of the Station, 1075 Main Street, Suite 300, Waltham, MA 02451 or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Station.
