A chihuahua was abandoned on the side of the road at 12 weeks old in Attleboro. A stranger found her on the side of the road and picked her up to bring her to a shelter. She is now the star of a viral video on shelter dogs, has become the mascot of the Attleboro Police Department and was adopted into a new family
