Chef Brian Poe oversees the Tip Tap Room, Bukowski Tavern and Parish Café.
Parish Café, who celebrated its 25th anniversary last year, has a revolving sandwich menu featuring prominent Boston chefs who lend their favorite sandwiches to their menu. Brian can talk about some of the more popular sandwiches, and a couple chefs whose sandwiches will hit the menu soon.
Tip Tap Room is best known for its craft beer programs (tap) and its gamey meat tips. The attached photo shows both, including bison tips, salmon tips, Veracruz tips and dozens of unique beers.
Bukowski Tavern in Cambridge is pleased to announce their latest beverage program, Fossil Fuel. The Fossil Fuel program will feature vintage beers that have been aged on site for an extra three to eight years. Bukowski will feature one vintage beer at a time, rotating beers as the keg runs dry. The Fossil Fuels will be available in 8 oz pours and served in premium glassware. The selection of beers will include rare and discontinued brews that cannot be found anywhere else in the city.
