When that hotline rings in our studio here at Country 102-5, it doesn’t matter if you are in the middle of talking on the air, you have got to pick it up! You never know who will be on the other end. Today, it was Jay Demarcus from iconic trio Rascal Flatts. With 16 number one hits, over 23 million records and 10 million tickets sold, yeah, they are kind of a big deal. Jay and his band of brothers, Gary Lavox and Joe Don Rooney are so excited to be back on the road and coming to the Xfinity Center this summer, bringing their good friends (and sound-a-likes) Dan + Shay with them, along with one of 2017 biggest break-out artists, Carly Pearce.
Jay talked about the tour, the kids and just appreciating this incredible career that continues to grow.
