Jacob had apendicitis and was in a lot of pain and complaining to his wife. She ignored him and refused to take him to the ER because she says he’s a hypocondriac and complains all the time about things that turn out to be nothing. This time it turned out to be real, but she isn’t apologizing because she says he cries wolf all the time and that’s why she didn’t believe him
