Now, we are getting to know Tim McGraw, the author. The best-selling author released a book earlier this year with presidential biographer, Jon Meacham, called Songs of America: Patriotism, Protest and the Music That Made a Nation. It’s about the music that shaped our nation.
Now, comes something completely different. Tim has transformed his body over the years, and completely changed his habits and his approach in life. He’s sharing his success in a brand new book due tomorrow, Grit & Grace: Train the Mind, Train the Body, Own Your Life.
