Country In The City will take place on September 14th starting at 6:30pm with music from Alec MacGillivray followed by a performance from Scotty.
Bring your friends and family to enjoy an evening of live country music from a local favorite and a talented American Idol alum!
This concert is free, open to the public, and is right in the heart of Boston on City Hall Plaza.

About Scotty:
Scotty McCreery is an American country singer/songwriter from Raleigh, North Carolina. He burst onto the scene in 2011 when he won the 10th season of “American Idol.” Shortly after, he released his debut album, Clear as Day. The album went platinum and featured hits such as “I Love You This Big” and “The Trouble With Girls.”
McCreery performed a new song, “Five More Minutes,” on the Grand Ole Opry in June 2016. The song was put up on the Opry’s YouTube channel and became both a fan and internet favorite. The performance earned him the Rare Country Award for Opry Moment of the Year in Dec. 2016.
In between concert dates, McCreery has been writing songs. He will release new music in 2017.
