Loving music from an early age, Jacob learned to play guitar at 15-years old and began performing publicly while in college. Graduating from LSU with a degree in Environmental Science, this Shreveport, Louisiana native spent a year working before quickly realizing that his true calling was music.

In May of 2016, Jacob signed a deal with Black River Publishing. Exactly one month later, June 2016, he was signed on as a recording artist to Black River Entertainment.  He has already shared the stage with artists including Kelsea Ballerini, Billy Currington, Hunter Hayes, Sam Hunt, and Lady Antebellum. and is featured on several country artists to watch for in 2017, including CMT’s 17 Artists to Watch in 2017.
