I hope your week is going well so far! Since it's Tuesday, it's time for another edition of Ben's Songs You Need To Hear, and since I last gave you some new stuff to check out, we've had a string of really good music come out of Nashville. Check out what I'm loving!

Tucker Wetmore - "3, 2, 1"

Tucker Wetmore is a new country artist from Washington state, who finished off his 2024 with his first number one hit: "Wind Up Missin' You." The song was a huge success, exactly what Tucker needed to launch his country music campaign. He has now released the follow-up to that number one called "3, 2, 1." In this latest play on words/numbers in the genre, Tucker showcases his own style of country music, which I am really loving. Check out his new one.

Dan + Shay - "Always Gonna Be"

Dan + Shay are proven country music hitmakers, but their new song "Always Gonna Be" brings a certain sound that I really adore within country music, and it's a lot different from what the duo has put out in recent years (it reminds me a lot of some of their first singles). They are coming off of their latest number one "Bigger Houses" which was a slower song, but the guys bring the tempo back with this one. Check it out, I think it will be a fantastic song for this summer.

Sam Barber x Avery Anna - "Indigo"

This is the latest song to really build a huge following on social media; TikTok in particular. The song is becoming a monster with over 11 million streams just this past week alone, and it's currently the third most streamed song in all of country music. It's a mellow tune that definitely has the power to resonate. Check it out!

Those Are The Songs You Need To Hear This Week!

And of course, like I do every week, I update a playlist of all the songs you should hear (newest additions on top). See you next week for another edition!
