Wicked Holiday Guide

Is that Christmas tree made of Legos? We will just have to find out as Boston welcomes Lego! When you see a headline like that, kids of ALL ages stand at attention.

It’s true. The LEGO® Discovery Center Boston’s family favorite Holiday Bricktacular event is here!

It is literally a kids dream WORLD of everything Legos! As a parent of small children, (years ago) having the Lego events were a lifesaver for parents with small children. At home, when we wore out every Barney VHS tape, we’d look for weekend events to entertain our kids for a few hours on a Saturday, tire them out, and then start again on Sunday.

The Lego brand has since expanded to movies and nationwide events that come to each city, and parents are grateful.

The LEGO® Discovery Center

It’s running right now in Somerville featuring a variety of activities for kids of all ages including:

-A life-sized Santa’s Sleigh made completely out of LEGO® bricks! Take a picture!

-A Merry MINIWORLD: LEGO® Discovery Center’s MINIWORLD transforms into a winter wonderland where you can try to spot all your favorite Boston scenes!

-Take a photo with a LEGO Gingerbread Man every day in December!

-You can build an ornament out of LEGO® DOTS™ to hang on thier attraction Christmas Tree!

-Attend a holiday themed workshop class with a Master Model Builder! (Can I get that job?)

-You can hunt for the 12 missing LEGO elves in MINIWORLD®!

Add to all of that, you’ll be stunned when you witness a breathtaking MINIWORLD featuring a LEGO replica of Boston, Massachusetts, transformed into a winter wonderland.

As you will see below, the have a Lego replica of the TD Garden, State House and more!
