  • How can i win tickets?

    The only way to win your way in is to Join Country 102.5 at Broken Records before the show from 5:00pm – 7:00pm. You can enter to win your last minute tickets there!

     

  • What is the parking situation?

    Roadrunner doesn’t have a dedicated parking area but there are paid parking garages nearby that are open to the public. We recommend the garages at 71 Guest Street, 40 Guest Street, and 80 Guest Street.

  • Can I use Cash inside the venue?

    Yes, they accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

  • What time does Will Call open?

    Will Call at the Roadrunner box office opens on event days at door time. Sunday it will open at 7pm.

  • What Items are not permitted in the venue?

    • Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to:
      • Firearms (with or without permit)
      • Pocketknives, multi-tools, or knives of any size
      • Pepper Spray or Mace
      • Flares or Fireworks
    • Lighters
    • Oversized bags (Bags larger than 14” x 14”, including all backpacks, briefcases, luggage, or duffle bags)
    • Illegal Substances
    • Outside Food and Beverage
    • Laser Pointers / flashlights greater than 3″
    • Professional cameras (anything with a detachable lens) or flash photography, tripods, monopods, selfie-sticks, or GoPros
    • Audio or Video recording devices
    • Signs larger than 11” x 17” or any sign attached to a stick or pole
    • Balloons, permanent markers, spray paint, silly string
    • Noisemaking devices (e.g. Air Horns, drums, whistles)
    • Large or pointed umbrellas
    • Hula Hoops
    • Pets, other than service animals; not to include comfort animals
    • Any other item deemed unacceptable by management
  • Do they offer coat check?

    Yes, they have coat check available on a first come, first served basis. Cash only.

  • Important information

    • Tickets purchased in front of the venue are usually counterfeit and admittance will be denied.
    • No fliers, stickers, handbills.
    • You will be ejected for throwing ANYTHING. If you lose an item at a show, please email info@roadrunnerboston.com the following day.
    • All bags are subject to search. No markers, spray paint, weapons (includes pocket knives and pepper spray). See above for our full list of prohibited items.
    • The majority of our shows are general admission, standing room only. Designated seating for persons with disabilities is available, and our staff is happy to facilitate. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
    • You must show proof of age by government issued photo ID and obtain a wristband to be served at the bar.
    • All Patrons will go through walk-through metal detectors, as well as a full bag check. Patrons may refuse to have their bag searched but will not be permitted entry with bag. Patrons will be directed to dispose of any items found on them that appear on the prohibited items list, and confiscated items will be discarded. There will be no storage or check area available for prohibited items.
