  • What time do lots open?

    Parking lots open at 4:00pm.

  • What time are doors?

    Doors are at 5:30pm.

  • Is there an opener?

    Yes, Kameron Marlowe and Hardy are opening for Morgan Wallen.

  • What are the set times?

    Kameron Marlowe is scheduled to take the stage at 7:00pm

    Hardy is scheduled to take the stage at 7:50pm

    Morgan Wallen is scheduled to take the stage at 9:00pm

  • Where can I find Country 102.5?

    The Country 102.5 team will be set up in Lot 9! Come and find us for the chance to play some games, enter to win concert tickets, and listen to some country music!

    We will even have your chance for a photo opportunity with the star of the show (his head at least).

  • What is the parking situation like?

    Parking at the Xfinity Center is free.

    To upgrade your parking, please purchase a premier parking ticket on ticketmaster.com or day of show if still available.

    RED LOT (formerly Premier Lot):

    Purchase of a Red Lot parking pass includes a parking spot within close walking distance to the venue and preferred access while exiting after the show. Limited number of spaces. All spots must have a vehicle. No spots held for tailgating- Autos only. THIS IS NOT A CONCERT TICKET.

    WHITE LOT (formerly Premier Lot with Express Exit):

    Purchase of a White Lot parking pass includes a parking spot within close walking distance to the venue. This lot has a dedicated exit. All spots must have a vehicle. No spots held for tailgating. Autos only. THIS IS NOT A CONCERT TICKET.

    WHITE LOT EXPRESS EXIT:

    White Lot Express Exit Spots are extremely limited and will be one of the first to exit after the show. All spots must have a vehicle. No spots held for tailgating. Autos only. THIS IS NOT A CONCERT TICKET.

    BLUE LOT:

    Tired from all that rocking out? Get home faster with Xfinity BLUE LOT! Located directly across the street from the Xfinity Center (888 South Main Street), the BLUE LOT offers the fastest and easiest exit of any venue lot after a show! Just a 10-minute walk from the front gates, the BLUE LOT is the first parking lot to clear and will have you back home in no time. Space is extremely limited, reserve your space today by visiting the Parking/VIP Club Upgrades page. THIS IS NOT A CONCERT TICKET.

    BLUE LOT EXPRESS EXIT:

    Blue Lot is located directly across the street from Xfinity Center (888 South Main Street), approximately a 10-minute walk from the front gates. Blue Lot offers the easiest exit of any venue lot after the show! Express exit spots will exit prior to standard Blue Lot spots. Availability is extremely limited. All spots must have a vehicle. No spots held for tailgating. Autos only. THIS IS NOT A CONCERT TICKET.

    VIP PARKING

    The VIP lots are located at the front of the parking lot. Guests must have a pass or be on the parking list to access these lots. Guests can enter through any road entrance and be directed to these lots.  Stay in center lane as you approach.

  • Will tailgating be allowed?

    Heck Yes!
    • Tailgating must end no later than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled Showtime.
    • Xfinity Center parking lots are reserved for ticket holders only.
    • All tailgating activities must be conducted in accordance with town of Mansfield by-laws and Mass General laws. This does not allow the consumption of alcohol on property unless sold by the Xfinity Center. Furthermore, it prohibits drinking in public and public intoxication.
    • Please be respectful of other guests. Guests can report any issues to any Xfinity Center staff member.
    • Venue management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who use vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with the rules of the venue.
    • Please clean up your tailgating area. Ask a venue Crew Member, they would be happy to provide bags.
    • Emergency aisles must be clear and no tents over 10×10.
    • Tailgating is not permitted at the conclusion of the event.

  • What Type Of Bags Are Allowed Inside the Venue?

    The following bag policy is in place at the Xfinity Center:

    You will be allowed clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (4.5”x 6.5”).

    No other bags of any type will be allowed.

  • What items CANNOT be brought to into the venue the day of the show?

    Items NOT ALLOWED to be brought into the venue include, but is not limited to:

    • Purses, backpacks, or any bags larger than the size listed under the “bag policy” tab
    • Weapons of any kind
    • Alcohol
    • Illegal drugs/substances
    • Glass containers
    • Cans
    • Coolers
    • Laser pointers
    • Animals (except service animals)
    • Fireworks
    • iPads, kindles
    • Selfie sticks
    • Strollers
    • Lawn chairs
    • Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 in are not permitted into the venue (this size is a standard sheet of paper).
    • Umbrellas

  • What items CAN be brought into the venue the day of the show?

    Items ALLOWED to be brought into the venue include:

    ONLY small clutches, wristlets, or fanny packs no bigger than 4.5”x6.5” OR clear plastic bags NO BIGGER than 12″x12″x6” will be allowed inside
    • Cameras – non-professional only, no detachable lenses
    • Blankets
    • Factory sealed water bottle
    • Gallon-sized zip lock bag of food

  • What Happens If It rains?

    All shows will go on rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather we will keep our fans notified of event status updates via our social media pages – @xfinitycenterma

    An event may be delayed, postponed, or canceled depending on the severity of the weather expected.

  • Can I use Cash inside the venue?

    All points of sale inside the venue will only accept credit and debit payment.

    The Box Office and Parking WILL accept cash.
