What Massachusetts cities are amongst the hottest housing markets?

Before we get there, let’s back up a bit and explain where this info comes from. Realtor.com has recognized a trend in America: home price growth has slowed in much of the U.S. in recent months. What were the hottest housing markets overall?

Topping the list – home of the current hottest housing market in America – is New England neighbor Manchester, New Hampshire! Congrats Granite State! Some stats that placed it atop the list: Manchester had 4.1 views per property, 19 median days on market and a median list price of $550,000.
