Since our Patriots didn’t make it into the Super Bowl, the main reason to watch this Sunday is the commercials….right?!

Over the years there have sure been some very memorable commercials, from the Snicker’s and Betty White partnering up, to Hyundai’s Smart Park (anything about Boston is good by us), to the Budweiser Wassup guys, we are flashing back to some of the best Super Bowl commercials of all time!

So, sit back, grab a cold drink and your favorite game-day snack and get ready to laugh, smile, and cry as we take you down memory lane.  And if you choose to watch these instead of the big game….don’t worry, you’re in a judgement-free zone here!

• BUDWEISER - WASSUP (2000)

  Who knew a one liner could become such a moment.  We all know we have that person in our lives that went around saying wassssssssssup for months!

• SNICKERS - BETTY WHITE (2010)

  Anything Betty White has done, we are here for!!  This commercial is proof again, Betty White can do no wrong, and can always make you laugh!

• VOLKSWAGEN - THE FORCE (2012)

  An adorable kid + Star Wars = a heartwarming and unforgettable commercial.   Still melts our heart when we watch it!

• E-TRADE BABY (2008)

  Buying stocks….not really the most interesting material for a commercial.  So, how do you make it something will watch?!  Answer….add an adorable talking baby!!

• WENDY'S - WHERE'S THE BEEF (1984)

  One word for you…CLASSIC!  This video defined “throwing shade” and created one of the biggest commercial catch phrases ever created.  So we ask you, “Where’s The Beef”?!

• BUDWEISER - CLYDESDALE PUPPY LOVE

  This commercial is an overload of cuteness!   Budweiser does it again, and gives us an unforgettable moment of unlikely friends and between a sweet little puppy and loveable Clydesdale.   All we can say is awwwwww!

• MCDONALD'S - THE SHOWDOWN BETWEEN BIRD AND JORDAN (1993)

  Growing up, a game of H-O-R-S-E was a common thing on the playground.  But this is the ultimate game, Boston legend Larry Bird taking on the one and only Michael Jordan!  Winner takes all, and by all we mean a Big Mac!   Remember….”Nothing But Net” here!

• WAL MART - EPIC FMOVIE CAR (2019)

  The Batmobile, Ecto-1 from Ghostbusters, the Mystery Machine from Scooby-Doo all played in important role in letting us know Wal Mart had a new pick up service in 2019.

• HYUNDAI: SMART PARK (2020)

  What happens when you get real Bostonians together for a Super Bowl commercial, the world is reminded that we have no “R’s” in our vocabulary!   Chris Evans, John Krasinski and Rachel Dratch nailed it!

• BUD LIGHT - GAME OF THRONES (2019)

  Bud Light stepped it up in 2019, with a surprise that definitely had GOT fans very happy giving them a little tease to the final season of Game Of Thrones!

• KIA - HERO'S JOURNEY (2017)

  Melissa McCarthy is one of the funniest people on the planet, so you know when she does a commercial, you are going to laugh and she delivered in this 2017 Kia commercial.   She is off to save the whales, trees, ice caps and everything in between!

• DORITOS BLAZE VS. MOUNTAIN DEW - THE BATTLE (2018)

  A lip sync battle between Morgan Freedom and Peter Dinklage is the one thing we never we needed in our lives until 2018 that is!  Both of them spit absolute lip sync fire!

• TIDE - IT'S A TIDE AD (2018)

  If you are looking for a good laugh, this one is for you!    Tide was very clever, pointing out that if you see anyone in any commercial with a stain-free clothes then they must be using Tide!  Watch and laugh!

• REEBOK: TERRY TATE- OFFICE LINEBACKER (2003)

  This first aired during Super Bowl XXXVII. During a series of Reebok commercials, linebacker “Terrible” Terry Tate was made responsible for keeping his coworkers in line. His strict rules led to a rise in productivity.

  Terry Tate was played by actor Lester Speight.

• PEPSI- PEPSI GENERATION (2001)

  “Pepsi Generation” is a celebration of all the Pepsi ad campaigns since the 1950’s with Britney Spears.

• PEPSI- WE WILL ROCK YOU (2004)

  Britney Spears, Beyoncé, Pink, Enrique Iglesias. Set in the early A.D.s at a Roman Colosseum, these 3 pop princess were dressed like gladiators ready for battle. Instead of fighting they sang “We Will Rock you” and chugged Pepsi’s, inspiring the whole crowd to sing along.

• OLD SPICE- THE MAN YOUR COULD MAN COULD SMELL LIKE (2010)

  This ad was launched online Super Bowl weekend, and on TV shortly after. This clip went viral with 3 million views on YouTube, in just 3 weeks.

• NIKE: HARE JORDAN (1992)

  Michael Jordan and Bugs Bunny team up in a commercial for Nike Air Jordan’s. This commercial actually inspired the movie Space Jam.

• MONSTER.COM: WHEN I GROW UP (1999)

  This sarcastic and hilarious add features kids talking about how they cant wait to grow up and work in dead end jobs. Sponsored by Monster.com, it is their funny way of showing that there are better jobs out there.

• AMAZON: ALEXA LOOSES HER VOICE (2017)

  In this hilarious Amazon commercial, Alexa loses her voice and numerous stars fill in for her.
