The New Year means new resolutions. Some people will go to the gym, some people will eat healthier, and others will take a month off from drinking. But for those of you looking for a more practical New Year's resolution, let's commit to a hangover cure that actually works. And the older we get, the harder it is to kick a hangover. Let's be honest... we are no longer in college and the "Sunday Scaries" are real. Everyone has a cure that works for them so here are 13 hangover cures designed to leave the Sunday Scaries behind in 2022.

Drinking More

The New Year's resolution is to make the hangover better... not drink less! So crack a fruity beer for brunch and ease your way into the day.

Pickle Juice

Last night you were throwing back picklebacks like a champion. This morning, you're drinking pickle juice to ease your headache. This is the circle of life.

Coffee

Skipping morning coffee will lead to a pain worse than a hangover. Pour yourself an extra cup, keep the lights off, and feel that caffeine rush kick in.

Pedialyte

It worked in college. It works for babies. Pedialyte is full to the brim of electrolytes and nothing feels better when you have a headache than when you puncture the seal and take that first sip.

Advil

I don't advise combining this with our first potential cure (drinking)... maybe find some water, since we both know you didn't have any last night.

Cup of Noodles is a cure all - it boosts your immunity to diseases, toughens your stomach, and is delicious after an all night bender.

Exercise

Exercising the morning after a night out is going to hurt, but not as much as your pride if you skip leg day yet again.

Bacon, egg, and cheese Sandwich

Grilled Cheese

1 tbsp. of extra-virgin olive oil, 4 breakfast sausages, casings removed, 4 large eggs, 2 tbsp. of half-and-half, kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, 2 tbsp. of chopped chives, 1 avocado, mashed, 4 slices of sourdough, 2/3 cups of shredded cheddar, and 2 tbsp. of butter, divided.

Its delicious. Need I say more?

Dunkin'

Wearing your baggiest sweatpants, sweatshirt, and crocs with your hair in a bun and sunglasses blocking out those evil rays to sit in the seemingly endless drive-thru to get an iced coffee and a glazed stick is a cure in and of it self.

IV Drip

Sit back, sip your coffee, and the let the drip commence. You'll be well hydrated and ready for your next all night bender.

Water

maybe water maybe not water bottle

This is probably the only real hangover cure on this list - and it's a winner. Make sure to stay hydrated, especially during your night out! Because who knows, you may just be hitting the gym to ease the pain.

Just Go Back To Bed

Seriously, it'll make you feel better. And you probably didn't sleep enough last night anyways. Getting at least 8 hours of sleep is important on a regular night. So if you've been out drinking, sleep is even more essential! Woman sleeping in bed with an eye mask
