With mayo or without, what's not to love about some good spuds smothered in flavor and herbs and spices. I'm always searching for recipes, and in my latest search for potato salad recipes I stumbled upon so many variations, I thought it would be fun to share with you.
So, are you a potato salad with mayonaise person? Or do you prefer your potatoes served more naturally? Either way, you are bound to find a potato salad recipe you can sink your teeth into here.
