It just hit me, that I only ever eat potato salad at our 4th of July cookout. I don’t know why I don’t think to make it, or request it more often! With mayo or without, what’s not to love about some good spuds smothered in flavor and herbs and spices. I’m always searching for recipes, and in my latest search for potato salad recipes I stumbled upon so many variations, I thought it would be fun to share with you.

  Ina is queen, whatever twist she has to a recipe, I’m all in because I know it will be fabulous! This recipe is somewhat traditional, using mayo. But the twist here is buttermilk and whole grain mustard.
