Do we agree that TV moms are the best characters on TV? Over the years we have seen our fair share of epic mom’s on our televisions. Whether it is the shrill, yet comforting laugh of Kitty Foreman from “That 70’s Show” blaring through your T.V. screen, or the soothing voice of Marie Barone talking to her sweet Raymond. We all love a good mom character, in fact, we think they are the glue that holds these shows together!
