Food trucks were a trend that came on very fast right around 2008. The response to seeing one was often "woooooowww look at them cooking in an ice cream truck!" Many people wrote them off as a novelty. But all these years later it's clear that food trucks are here to stay. I love food trucks. I love the interesting variety of foods you can experience thanks to food trucks. I love that people with a vision and a passion for the food they cook can skip the headaches of a brick-and-mortar and jump the line directly to my belly. We're lucky in Massachusetts to be blessed with many delicious food truck options. So I decided to do a little poking and prodding and with a lot of help from Yelp (shout out!)
