Bowl LVII is almost here. And since football is on the minds of millions this week, let’s dive into some stats. WalletHub released a report on 2023’s Best & Worst Cities for Football Fans. 

How did they arrive at the numbers and rankings? To determine the best places for “loving on America’s favorite sport,”  WalletHub compared more than 240 cities in the United States, with at least one college or professional football team, based on 21 key metrics. Their data ranges from the number of NFL and college football teams to stadium capacity to fan engagement.
