It doesn’t happen often, especially lately it seems, but it’s happening now. A company is making news for being good, and going above and beyond in the customer service department.
Why is everyone talking about Chewy?
Chewy, the popular online pet food and pet products company is making headlines for doing wonderful things for their customers. Being compassionate, caring and generous aren’t qualities usually associated with big companies. After seeing Chewy trending on Twitter this morning, I can tell you not only will I continue to be a customer, but I will certainly be recommending their service to everyone.

I contacted @Chewy last week to see if I could return an unopened bag of my dog’s food after he died. They 1) gave me a full refund, 2) told me to donate the food to the shelter, and 3) had flowers delivered today with the gift note signed by the person I talked to?? 😭🥹
