Each year, Washington D.C. holds a Bark Ball which helps to raise money for the Humane Rescue Alliance. The 30th anniversary of the event was this past Saturday and proved that dogs can be dapper! From feathered boas to miniature ties, here are 6 of the best-dressed dogs (and one cat) of the Bark Ball.

Rudy G. is harness is inner prep with this dark blue and yellow tie. The white collar accent stunningly clashes with his long black hair making him a handsome, good boy.


These two puppers, Winston and Erin, knew they looked stunning when this picture was taken! It seems like Winston has a blue jacket on while Erin color blocked with a yellow bow tie. As we are sure you can tell by their faces, they know they look fabulous.


The top photo made us scream “who is she?!” We are loving the fabulous red boa with matching lace mask. It is very masquerade ball meets Las Vegas royalty.


Lucy kept it classy with a simple pink flower on her collar. By the looks of this photo, she was just prepping to take a perfect Instagram photo. Needless to say, she succeeded.


This dapper little guy rocker an entire tuxedo! The classic black and white number brought a simple elegance to the evening.


Just because this is known for being a dogs only event does not mean that cats cannot join in on the fun! Here is a cute little cat rocking an all black bow tie which really brings out his fur!
