Garth Brooks Responds to Simon Cowell’s AGT Challenge
Simon said “I’m gonna send a shout out to someone right now and that person is Garth Brooks. Garth if you’re watching the show please write Michael a song for the final…”
It’s been just over a week since Simon Cowell’s plea to Garth Brooks on America’s Got Talent and during Garth’s “Inside Studio G,” stream he responded!
“I actually got to talk to Michael, I talked to him on the phone, just to get ideas about, if we did write a song, what in the world would it cover?”
He may have said “if,” but if the conversation is already started, chances are likely a song will be born! Garth also said, “That’s a pretty cool vote of confidence,” that Cowell called on him. “And it’s pretty cool to get to do anything with people like [Ketterer]. And it’s a chance to create music, which is what it’s all about for me.”
