Carrie Underwood recently revealed the cover and release date of her brand-new book, Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul and Get Strong with the Fit52Life. The collection, which will include tips, recipes, exercises and stories about her personal health and fitness journey, is set to be released March 3.

Carrie says of the book, “I’ve done a lot. I’ve tried a lot. I have a random life. I’m a working mom. I feel like that’s a lot of us in a nutshell, and I just kind of wanted to lay it all out – here’s what works for me and hopefully people can get some ideas and implement some of it into their lives. It’s all about just trying to be your best and juggle. Everybody’s juggling and trying to do it all, so hopefully people get some good ideas and tips and tricks in there.”

There is also a Target exclusive bonus chapter, called “From My Garden,” with advice on growing vegetables and fresh herbs in an at-home vegetable garden, and she shares several bonus plant-based recipes.

Nancy Brooks has been working in the country music industry for almost 30 years. She has interviewed pretty much any country star you can think of. In the late 1990s, she started working with Dolly Parton. And yes, Nancy reports that Parton is as sweet as you would think. She loves her life in country music and has been backstage at every CMA Awards show since the late 1990s. Many of her stories are from her one-on-one interviews. She was there at the beginning of the incredible careers of many music superstars today, including Taylor Swift, Shania Twain, and Blake Shelton, and has interviewed them multiple times throughout the years.
