Eli Young Band released a special video for “Love Ain’t” in 2018 that tells the true story of an American soldier who became a quadruple amputee after an explosion in Afghanistan.
In 2012, Taylor Morris lost portions of his legs, arm, and hand during the ordeal. At the time of the explosion, Taylor Morris’ then-girlfriend rushed to his bedside and stayed with him and motivated him throughout his recovery.
It wasn’t easy, but it was worth it. Despite their world being turned upside down, their love survived. That same year, both Taylor and Danielle returned to their hometown of Iowa and were welcomed home by thousands of people.
