Morgan Wallen went in front of a Nashville judge on July 1 to answer for his public intoxication and disorderly conduct charges stemming from an incident at a Nashville bar in May.

Public records from the Davidson County Criminal Court cited in the disposition "Nolle Prosequi," which means a formal notice of abandonment by a plaintiff or prosecutor of all or part of a suit or action.

After the May 23rd incident, WKRN News 2 reported that Nashville police arrested Wallen after observing the club's security guards kick the singer out of the venue after he began kicking glass items inside.

The arrest report states that Wallen refused to walk away with his friends after officers gave him multiple chances, and he got into several verbal confrontations with people who were there. Officers said Wallen bore a strong odor of alcohol and that he posed a danger to himself and the public. They arrested him for "being intoxicated in public, unable to take care of himself, and the reasonable likelihood the offense would continue."

Morgan just announced a few days ago that he is a new father as his ex-fiance gave birth to their son on Friday (7/10) in Nashville.
