Massachusetts to Receive 8,000 Unexpected Doses of Johnson & Johnson Vaccine This Week
Massachusetts will be receiving 170,000 first doses of the COVID-19 vaccine this week from the federal government, including 8,000 Johnson & Johnson doses that were not expected, according to MassLive.com.
State officials were not expecting the shipment because they were originally told they wouldn’t get an allocation of the single-shot Johnson & Johnson vaccine until the end of March.
