Stolen Police Cruiser Leads to SWAT Team Chase in Quincy MA

This morning (Friday, March 26th), reports surfaced of a stolen Rockland Police cruiser by an armed robbery suspect. According to wcvb.com,
State Police said a Rockland Police Department cruiser was stolen Friday morning in Rockland after a robbery. The suspect led police on chase before the pursuit ended at Burgin Parkway and Route 3 in Quincy.
Burgin Parkway was shut down by several police and SWAT vehicles to surround the cruiser. The situation has been reported to be over and there is no threat to the public.
