Everybody wants in on the hard seltzer game! And why not? Sales for the cans of bubbly adult beverages increased 160% from 2019-2020. Americans reportedly consumed more than $4 billion worth of hard seltzers last year alone.

White Claw has been the leader in this game, but the players are dropping in daily. Celebrities like Gordon Ramsay and Travis Scott are in. The Hallmark Channel, Barefoot wineries, Sonic, the fast food chain, and Topo Chico- the soda company are all game to play.

Summer sippin just got a whole lot more interesting.

Here’s a look at some of the new players in the hard seltzer game:

  1. Topo Chico Hard Seltzer- Released earlier this year by Molson-Coors. The beloved bubbly water gone hard, comes in Tangy Lemon Lime, Exotic Pineapple, Strawberry Guava, and Tropical Mango.

       2. Natural Light Sour Seltzer-

Natty Light was already a player, but now they are offering their hard seltzer with a blast of sour!

       3. Hell’s Seltzer-

Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay didn’t have to scream to get into this game. His hard seltzer flavors have some fun names, like Berry Inferno (peach, blueberry and raspberry), Knicker Twist (passionfruit, pineapple and orange), That’s Forked (key lime, vanilla and graham) and Mean Green (kiwi, lime, mint and pineapple).

       4. SONIC Hard Seltzer-

Based on slush flavors the iconic fast food drive-in chain offers, fans are delighting in summery sips like Lemon Berry, Classic       Lemonade, Cherry Limeade, Original Limeade, Ocean Water, Orange Pineapple, Mango Guava, Melon Medley

       5. Pabst Blue Ribbon Iced Tea Hard Seltzer-

The popular beer company was already invested in hard seltzers with their cannabis, hard coffee and whiskey options. The new line for summer features flavored ice tea options like Pineapple-Passionfruit, Lemon, Raspberry

       6. The Hallmark Channel-

Seems kinda of silly having a tv channel famous for their Christmas movies, super sweet rom/coms and overly dramatic mini-series is getting into the hard seltzer biz, but then again… not. The channel was already in the wine game, so why not?  Welcome to the game, Cheers Rosé Seltzer
