Boston’s Biggest Indoor Holiday Market Open at SoWa Power Station
Boston’s largest indoor holiday market, the SoWa Winter Festival, returns for its ninth year at the SoWa Power Station in Boston’s South End, 550 Harrison Ave. More than 100 small business vendors, holiday craft workshops, and food trucks greet guests seven days a week from now until Sunday, Dec. 22.
Operating Hours
- Monday through Thursday: 4 to 8 p.m.
- Friday: 4 to 9 p.m.
- Saturday: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Sunday: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Parking and Public Transportation
The nearest MBTA T stops for the SoWa Winter Festival are Tufts Medical Center on the Orange Line and Broadway on The Red Line.
On-site parking is available for $10 (cash only) at the following lots:

- 274 Albany St.
- 324 Albany St.
- 365 Albany St.
Admission
Tickets are $10 for adults and free for children younger than 12. Cash, credit cards, and Apple Pay are accepted.
What’s New This Year?
Visitors can purchase hot pasta and focaccia sandwiches from Eataly Boston, made-to-order charcuterie boxes from Springdale Farm Creamery and State of Main Cheese Company, or New England-inspired winter apparel from Paul Landry Co.
Mario Nicosia, SoWa Boston’s founder, notes that the event regularly attracts over 1 million visitors and supports more than 500 small businesses.
